My husband and I met with Dino Riccio 12 years ago when we leased our first Honda CRV, It was on a friend's very enthusiastic recommendation. We found him to be extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal we leased our first Honda CRV, It was on a friend's very enthusiastic recommendation. We found him to be extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. Whenever we had any questions or issues that needed to be addressed, he was always quick with a response. We have just recently leased our fifth Honda CRV from Dino. There are plenty of Honda dealerships closer to where we live, but honestly we are much happier dealing with Mr Ricco and will continue to do so in the future. More

I purchased my Honda CR-V here the sales process was pretty easy once I got there since I pre negotiated via email before my arrival. The sales person I was dealing with was good and got me the car I wa pretty easy once I got there since I pre negotiated via email before my arrival. The sales person I was dealing with was good and got me the car I wanted in pretty painless process that I appreciated. Also, the finance manager was quick and to the point and did not waste my time trying to sell me extra things I really do not need. What kept this from being a 5 star experience were a few things 1st when they clean your car the job is rushed so when I took delivery the car was still pretty dirty. Next I was called and asked to come back for a missing signature on one of the documents which there should be a better proofing system in place to avoid this from happening fortunately I work close by so it was not that bad. Until a hour later I was called back by the dealer and told my plates were in I wish everyone was on the same page there and told me my plates were in so I would came in to sign the papers and pick up plates at the same time. But instead I had to drive back and forth twice for this. Well I picked up the plates and the girl at the cashier station just handed me the plates and did not even offer to have someone put them on my new car. I was like WOW! Cars I have purchased in the past from dealers insist they put them on. Here she did not even offer! So I had to go to the local Auto Zone and asked one of the guys there if they could be so kind and put the plates on for me. Which he did with no problem but laughed in disbelieve that my dealer did not offer this service. So if this dealer offers you a great price then go for it. But if you’re looking to be swept off your feet and feel like a VIP it does not seem it will happen here. I felt more like just a transaction as if I was buying a gallon of milk there was not relationship building to make me a long time customer. More

I just leased a new Honda accord from Ron and he was absolutely fabulous. He wasn't pushy or high pressure like the stereotypical salesman and was very patient in helping me understand everything about absolutely fabulous. Another happy car buying experience with help from Rolando. After buying a used car from Rolando about 4 months ago for the mrs, it was time to get a new car for myself. I was happy to see that Route Rolando. After buying a used car from Rolando about 4 months ago for the mrs, it was time to get a new car for myself. I was happy to see that Route 23 Honda was one of the few dealers in the area that had a few Accord Hybrids in stock, with a variety of options. I called Rolando and he discussed some of the differences between the trims, we set up an appointment for a test drive, and let me think the deal over for a couple of days. I returned a couple of days later and in about an hour, I successfully traded in my old car and was driving home in my new Accord, having gotten a good deal with no hassle. Once again, another stress free and actually enjoyable car purchase from Route 23 Honda for me, mainly due to Rolando going out of his way to assist me and make sure I was completely satisfied. More
