Worst sales/financial experience ever! Just left the dealership. Not truthful with final lease buyout costs that kept going up-and-up! Patrick seemed to try, but when he left to discuss what was clearly dealership. Not truthful with final lease buyout costs that kept going up-and-up! Patrick seemed to try, but when he left to discuss what was clearly in our lease agreement, would come back with some kind of nonsense explanation or just plain incorrect statement. This is my second and LAST Honda from this dealership. Never again! BTW: While I would not buy here again, the Service Department is very good. More

I had a bad experience here. I was lied to about tire insurance added on to my monthly lease payment in the amount $20 extra , and was told I could cancel it anytime. Not true. I can cancel the tire prot insurance added on to my monthly lease payment in the amount $20 extra , and was told I could cancel it anytime. Not true. I can cancel the tire protection/insurance but it will not lower my payment- it will be refunded at the end of the three year lease term. I specifically asked if it could be removed should I find the payments challenging to keep up with. I’m very upset because we are in the middle of a global pandemic and I’m trying to lower my overhead. In regard to Patrick, he was just very unprofessional. First he admitted that it was a pain to pull the car I wanted from another dealership/lot. I wanted a white civic and I ended up with another silver car with dark interior. He made me feel like I was a pain . He’s the one who kept me there for a ridiculous amount of time. Then he kept pressuring me to fill out the survey and to make sure I rated high across the entire thing because even though he knew I was not happy with the first finance guy, that it would reflect poorly on him. So more or less just lie through the entire thing. He also asked for a 5 star google review and then emailed me asking again reiterating the same details about how to answer . Then when I picked up my plates he asked again, but first insulted me by telling me that I was more or less a pain. I chose not to review or fill out the survey last summer when I got the car since I had nothing nice to say, but now that I know I was blatantly lied to -I can honestly say that I didn’t get the car that I wanted and I regret that, was made to feel like crap by Patrick and now this with the extra payment that I can’t afford. I will be returning this lease and cutting ties with this dealership. I forgot to mention that when I went into the email today to fill out the survey it said that I had already completed it. Best car salesman I have ever had David Yoon was polite and respectful of my time. He very smart and new all about the cars and the stock onsite. The negotiation was direct with clear information provided without any tricks of introduction of parameters not discussed. David took time to explain all the functions in the car and hooked up my I-phone for me. Without my requesting help he assisted me in removing my EZpass, garage door opener and other things from my old car to the new one. The paperwork went quick because he new exactly what needed to be done and was able to explain everything clearly. I would recommend him to anyone because I think you will have pleasant experience buying a car. More
