Excellent experience I went to Rt 23 Honda b/c they had the Pilot w/t lowest millage on the web. While there, I saw the Toyota 4Runner I eventually purchased. Rolando I went to Rt 23 Honda b/c they had the Pilot w/t lowest millage on the web. While there, I saw the Toyota 4Runner I eventually purchased. Rolando Rengel is an amazingly courteous salesman that applies no pressure. He lets you test drive the car ALONE rather than being besieged by the typical salesman instructing you where to turn and not letting you get comfotable w/t car. In addition, the second car I was considering was already warmed up w/A/C running and waiting for me when I came back from the test drive. A true attention to detail in the service he provides. Since I couldn't decide b/t the two models they let me take BOTH, simultaneously (w/wife), to my mechanic for an inspection >20 miles away. Both cars passed my mechanics inspection. The Pilot was flawless. The 4Runner needed a paint blemish corrected. The final price was easily negotiated and included re-painting the door (flawless match to the existing color). Oh, and did I mention that they hand delivered the car to my home... ...no need to go anyplace else More
