He treated us like were the royal family, it was incredible! During the whole experience, I was just amazed by the information he gave us, the benefits kept going, he kept it simple and sweet. He was very understanding and down to Earth, wasn't like a robot like many of the other dealers I've been to. We didn't hesitate to talk to his boss about any offer we gave him (realistically of course). Also, we were checking other places at the same time and he was understanding, which tells me he's very confident in the cars he's selling. We took the best test drive ever, and also had exceptional service ever! We bought a certified pre-owned Honda in excellent condition, very beautiful car and will be kept in the family for a long time. If it were possible, I would give Luis Felipe a 10 out of 5 because the service was just magical, anything we wanted he was happy to help in anyway he could. This is all coming from a person who never gives reviews, and since Im taking my time to do one, just shows the service was to perfection! I am definitely buying next car there if they have it when I am ready. 10 out of 5 or even more! Thanks Felipe! You were awesome, keep up immaculate work! World Class service! More

M My car was totaled a month ago and it was someone else's fault. I had gone to about 6 or 7 dealerships and my frustration was at an all-time high. My dad suggested that I go to Route 23 Honda and I did just to appease him. I initially wanted an SUV but came across the Honda Insight and the gas mileage was outstanding. Rolando was friendly and made me feel comfortable from the beginning. A car is a giant purchase for someone to make and he never made me feel pressured or like I was being tricked. He was straightforward and let me make the decisions that I wanted without being pushy. He was extremely patient and was able to thoroughly explain everything to me so that I felt good about which car I was choosing. We came to a price that we were both comfortable with and we were about to do it all in a couple hours. This is my fifth car and it was by far the best buying experience I have ever had. I will always go back to Route 23 Honda and I might stay a Honda driver from now on….we will see. If you live in the Wayne area and need a car, go to Route 23 Honda and ask for Rolando. He turned my total loss into a total gain!! More

I had many questions for Tom as a first time buyer would, and he was able to answer them all very clearly. Tom did not come across as being too pushy, which I appreciated, but did convince me why I should choose Honda over all the other cars on the market (which in turn led me to take on my first lease). I'm pleased to say Tom Kwiecinski was my Sales Consultant and I would recommend him to anyone! More

Our salesperson John Greenwald was great to work with. The dealership honored the TrueCar pricing without a hassle. The trade-in value received for our 2002 Saturn wagon was below what I expected based on the PureCars Trade-In report which can be accessed via the dealer's web site. The entire process was a little lengthy because the new vehicle required extensive detailing to remove mud off the side of the vehicle. More
