Carlsen Boncoeur is better off selling cars to DOGS with the way he barks like one. My wife and I wanted to come and purchase a certified pre-owned car listed on the internet at $26,365. As soon as we began the way he barks like one. My wife and I wanted to come and purchase a certified pre-owned car listed on the internet at $26,365. As soon as we began speaking to this sorry excuse for a human, the verbal diarrhea came out. He looked at us with eyes wide open and gave short-winded responses like “huh?” and “wha” like a 12 year old. All we wanted was to negotiate the price and give our offer. What’s hilarious is that he had a sign on the car that said the “internet price” was around $28,000. He said we got “lucky” and only because we saw the price on the internet would we be eligible for such a price. So the owner can conveniently price it down by another $2,000 but it’s a crime to negotiate the ORIGINAL price WE SAW the car for on the internet by another $2,000?? The LEAST we expected was decent customer service. It is not an exaggeration, this man started BARKING like a dog as soon as we began speaking. He has attitude and bad communication skills that are not befitting of a salesman. If Honda is smart, they’ll fire this clown. More
