After checking with a few other dealers, we returned and were able to agree, I believe, on a fair final price for a 2015 Honda Pilot SE. Leon Breytburd of Rt 23 Honda walked us through the process to finalize the deal. Leon was knowledgeable and friendly. First ever car buying experience I had a great experience getting my first car here at the Honda dealer! My mom has been going here for cars and service for years so I knew I would re I had a great experience getting my first car here at the Honda dealer! My mom has been going here for cars and service for years so I knew I would receive the friendliest service. Dino Riccio was super nice and friendly and worked extra hard to make sure I would be getting a good deal on my first car. Very honest, easy to talk to and to work with, he answered every question my parents and I had truthfully and in the end I walked away with an awesome perfectly clean used car that I'm so excited to have! He made my first car buying experience pleasant and enjoyable, knowing that I was going to be taken care of. Disappointed in the sales staff, but result ended up ok Immediately upon walking in, I knew I wasnt in a BMW dealership simply based on the looks each salesperson gave us. Instead of smiling and welcoming us, it was clear they were sizing us up for our potential to buy which was really annoying. Having been in sales for a long time, you need to at least pretend you care about the customer. We worked with a salesperson who didnt really know how to communicate the Accords benefits very well. But, he certainly knew how to try and convince us to buy stuff we did not need, like when he told us etching would automatically save us 10% on car insurance. In the end, we held our ground and got the price we wanted and got out. It was just kind of painful getting there. More
