He confirmed they were working on getting the exact color but there were a few backup options so there should be no problem. When I reached out to confirm the day before delivery... no answer. When I showed up at the dealership this salesman was nowhere to be found. "Personal problems" the manager said. The manager tried to be helpful but they didn't have a car for me. Put me in a very difficult spot. Obviously they knew this salesman was having difficulty. So why not make sure his customers are taken care of? I'd think twice about using this dealership. More

Carlsen immediately assisted me, and he was very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the model. He answered every question I had, and also pointed out some good features I was not aware of. I ended up buying the vehicle that night, and picking it up the next morning! Sunny helped me with financial arrangements, and that part of the process went quite smoothly.
