Didn't think I'd have a new car I came in the dealership with my dad looking for a used car. We came in with a set budget and no intention of buying that day. With the help of Dino Riccio test drove a 2012 Honda Civic, 2013 Honda CR-V, and a 2012 Honda Accord. Immediately I knew I wasn't too interested in the accord, I really liked the civic and the CR-V. But the civic was the only car in our price range. We left the dealership, as I said with little intention the buy the car, my Dad then looked up prices of new civics and called Dino back and asked what the best price they could do for him was. Dino made it effortless, easy, and affordable! Now I get to go back to college with not just a used, but a new car!!! He gave me a price, I gave him my price, and we made the deal. It was as simple as that. On the day of the transaction (I'd been in there twice, as my mother wanted to really get a good idea of what she wanted), Ron was supposed to leave at 6, and I couldn't get there by then. The manager called me at home and asked if I could get there by 6:30. I managed to get there at 6 almost on the nose. Instead of handing us off, Ron stayed with us until 8, when we drove off the lot in the new car. A 2-hour transaction (including trade-in) without any hiccups is phenomenal. And, not only did Ron stay, but he chatted with us after purchase for 5-10 minutes about things unrelated to cars. He could very well have waved us on and made a beeline for his car. He didn't. As for the finance department? Half hour, all together. The gentleman's name escapes me (because we weren't in there long). He suggested the warranty exactly one time. When we said no, he never pressed the issue again. We got 1.9% without having to say a word. There were no hidden fees and no last-minute charges. I will be shopping here for my next vehicle.
