My buddy David Lee runs the four stores associated with this Honda dealership. I’ve bought many cars from him over the years so my loyalty took me out of state to purchase a vehicle. I am beyond glad I did this Honda dealership. I’ve bought many cars from him over the years so my loyalty took me out of state to purchase a vehicle. I am beyond glad I did when I purchased the Honda for my wife. He referred me to deal with Jose Concepcion the GSM and Juan Garcia who was my salesman. My wife is over the moon because she left in a better car than she was currently driving at a price lower than she was paying. They bent over backwards to make her happy and I’m beyond grateful. What was impressive is that the dealership closed at six and I kept getting horrible insurance salesman on the phone through my company and we did not finalize the deal till 8 PM. Never once did any of the sales staff make us feel bad for keeping them two hours past their work time and we couldn’t be any more grateful. A++++. More

What a shame. I went to turn in my lease that was -11,850 miles and spoke to the dealer I decided I wanted to change the model from a 2019 pilot elite to a 2022 Ridgeline black edition. First thing they only miles and spoke to the dealer I decided I wanted to change the model from a 2019 pilot elite to a 2022 Ridgeline black edition. First thing they only had the 2021 that they wanted full value for then told me that my pilot wasn’t worth much. Mind you I’ve gotten about 4 months of calls about aggressive buy back programs cause they are short on used cars. Fist the sales man comes out with some paper with monthly payments on it non of witch was lower the my current payments. When I said I didn’t want to pay that much they wanted me to put like 10 grand down and still be close to 600 a month. When I asked for my keys back they said don’t be like that let me run some numbers. Nope not gonna keep going back and forth and pay for a car that’s a year old. I told they what happened to the aggressive buy back all those phone calls were about. Ya aggressive in their favor. Went to the Honda in west Caldwell and was in and out in less then an hour. Only put 8 grand down and only paying 450 a month great service and no bill crap scamming to get more money out of me. And it’s a 2022 Ridgeline black edition with all the warranties and coverage. Will never go back to rt23 Honda and will tell everyone to avoid them at all costs go to Honda in west Caldwell. More
