Very happy customer! I was in the market for a vehicle for a very long time. I had a 97 Malibu that was breaking down on me and my credit wasn't good at all so my confiden I was in the market for a vehicle for a very long time. I had a 97 Malibu that was breaking down on me and my credit wasn't good at all so my confidence to buy a new car wasn't where it was supposed to be. I was suggested to Dave Garcia from a mutual friend and decided to show up to the dealership for a test drive and wasn't looking to buy. Right off the bat, he was very friendly and informative and really educated me on the Civic and Accord. I really wanted the Accord but due to my credit, the payments were a lot higher and it was harder to get an approval for a lease. I had to leave the dealership on my first visit as work was on the horizon. Since last Friday to Tuesday, him and the finance manager Sunny were working to get me a lease and they got it done. I am very happy with this car and thankful to both of them for getting me into car. I never thought I would get approved for a lease with my poor credit but they worked hard for a few days and got it done. Highly recommend them both and this place is proactive to help out their customers as opposed to other dealerships which are more lackadaisical in their overall process. Thank you Dave and Sunny! Jamie made us feel like family, letting us talk through what we thought we wanted and needed and then suggesting what she thought we might like. She was patient as we combed through multiple vehicles, changing our minds from this one to that one finally settling on one, only to change our minds again. After hours searching, we started the process of paperwork. Staying true to the family atmosphere, Jamie made sure we were fed, comfortable, and set on this particular vehicle. I truly felt like she was looking out for my best interest and not just on making a commission...a new experience in the world of car shopping.
