Salesman was good ( Eric R.). All else disappointing. Phone service poor. The sales manager was rude and pompous, I leased and had problems within the first 24 hours. NOONE would return my call ! I was promised to have full lease with Toyota paid off. On the day of lease car pickup ( I was in a time crunch to get back to work ), I was informed that 1 month not covered ,making car cost over $300 more than the proposed deal . I left Toyota for poor service. I wish I had stayed because at least they were true to follow through More

David was one of 3 that responded with exactly what I requested at a price that was so good, I fully expected it would be a bait and switch. Although extras were offered during the purchase process, the annoying hard sell of accessories, warrantees, etc that I was expecting was not present. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and the exceptional deal I received, Thanks Guys! More
