lies, lies and lies, be careful this dealership I actually visit the dealership based on the agreed out door price with one of their internet sales person whose name David Garcia, He promised on the I actually visit the dealership based on the agreed out door price with one of their internet sales person whose name David Garcia, He promised on the email "........there will be no hidden fees or add ons upon entry to dealership." , I told him I am NY resident, so the out door price should be based on NY tax, I also told him to send me confirmation email on the detail of our door price based on NY tax, he keep telling me I should trust him, and they will match one of my old dealership's OTD. Since I think he sounds really like want this deal, Maybe I should give him a chance without he actually send me the confirmation email he was trying to avoid to send to me. Once I was in the 23 Honda dealership, I asked him first about the out door price he was promised, he start saying, I need pay for the extra tax for NY, Of course, I told him, either kept their promised OTD with NY tax to have the deal or no deal, they(manager with this sales person) refused and also start to treat me that I won't get same deal once I get out their dealership. Instead, I drive to Paul Miller Honda, who give me the same OTD at first place, and Paul Miller didn't say anything, put NY tax on the statement with honor the same OTD they promised, didn't increase one cents. I bought same vehicle I need with the OTD that 23 Honda promised and trying to increase the price once I visit them. My advice, don't trust 23 Honda, they are lies. They won't keep their promises. More
