My experience was one that I will gladly repeat when I wear out the CVR that I just bought @ Route 23 Honda!! My 2015 CRV has all the latest technical equipment and safety features that I have come to understand are so important. In addition, it drives like a dream and has a great engine and gets spectacular mileage! I specifically returned to this dealership to trade up also because of the excellent maintenance and ongoing service I have been receiving on my 2011 Honda Accord that I bought there four years ago. I told him we have the worse credit ever and we probably wouldn't be able to get a loan. He told us step by step what we needed to do and promised to be truthful with the process. He got is the pay off on our car and was ready to have it appraised when he was told we needed to go to the other building. How disappointed I was, he was so good and patient and honest. A/C service completed within a day. A/C failed and called Rte. 23 Honda for an estimate, expecting something outrageous. He assisted us in finding the best car that fit our needs and budget and was able to get us an awesome lease deal. We were literally there less than two hours and came out with a beautiful 2015 Civic SD. This is now the second time we have dealt with him and he has clearly taken the stress out of buying a car. I highly recommend him and will definitely be dealing with him with our future car needs. More

Alton sells me a nicely used Honda Element ! Alton was a very energetic and through salesman and fun to work with. The entire sales staff was straightforward and easy to deal with. Since I live in New York I had a bit of a problem with getting my plates delivered. This problem was with Fed EX and not the dealership. I think Fed Ex is fine if they are delivering to a business or a staffed location but they are difficult to connect with on a personal delivery to home or apt. I have heard of similar complaints from other people in my area. UPS delivery guys are more flexible and easier to deal with. Route 23 could do better by them. I turned in my leased CRV and Alton had temp . plates and insurance id. for the Element in no time at all ! Great communication with Alton and I really like the Element. More
