Still, she made time to greet us at the door (we met previously after a routine maintenance on our 2009 CRV) had us wait briefly, and offered a cup of coffee while she attended to another couple. A few moments later, she let us know that her current customer would be a bit longer than she had guessed, called her manager over, told him exactly what we wanted, and asked that he start the process of finding a competitive price for the vehicle we selected. No more than 15 minutes later we had the best price for our brand new 2015 CRV-EXL of any dealership we had shopped, plus $1000 more in trade for our current vehicle. When she finished with her customers, Jamie spent well over an hour walking us through the paperwork, and the features of our new car, even though it was well after closing time. (In fact, I think they might have accidentally locked her out of the dealership while she was showing us how to use the touchscreen and Bluetooth) I can say in all honesty that after a long day stopping at several dealerships, (and to be fair, I was real grumpy at this point) Jamie's professionalism, courtesy, and fairness made the entire experience well worth the effort. I'm glad Route 23 Honda was the last place we stopped in buying our new CRV, and even more pleased that Jamie was there to help us out. More

I researched the dealership before hand and new exactly who my sales person would be for the day. We had spoken and exchanged a few emails days prior and I already had a sense from his emails that Dave Garcia was really going to try to help me find the car of my dreams. The dealership had a great selection of models to test drive and that made it a lot easier to decide which kid of model I felt most comfortable in instead of me guessing. My sale person Dave Garcia was informative not aggressive or pushy like some salesman could be at other dealerships. Dave along with Will and the finance Department worked diligently and came across as honest down to earth people who were there working "with me" to get me the car I wanted at the price I wanted.
