The transaction started on-line with Ashlie Liriano. I asked for a price quote. And, I got one. The offer was itemized, so I could see each of the charges that gave rise to the total cost. Ms Liriano was a true professional. Unlike so many dealers who hound you with incessant emails and calls, she gave me the time needed to assess what I wanted to do. And, when I was ready, Ms. Liriano scheduled an appointment. I visited the dealership ready to buy. I met with Yaik Tung. I was very fortunate to meet Mr. Tung as he had the type of low key, matter-of-fact approach that I appreciate. He showed me the car. I was ready to make a deal. I presented my offer. It was accepted. We wrote it up. There was no pressure. No sales tactics. Simple, quick and direct. I would HIGHLY commend Mr. Tung to anyone interested in acquiring a new Honda.
