I did my own research before visiting the dealer so I had an idea of model but needed help with The purchase of my vechile occurred over a few weeks. I did my own research before visiting the dealer so I had an idea of model but needed help with the finer details and trim. Alexis was very knowledgeable about the models I inquired about and provided realistic expectations about how to get exactly what I was looking for. After I figured the trim model, my husband and I left but Alexis did not push but made us very aware that he would match any price we could find n confident about his price. We continued to email his dealership again over the next week and always met with straight forward answers and prompt follow up. By the next visit we were already set to continue with the deal and was now dealing with the financial expert tasked with finding us a loan. Again great customer service, explaining every detail, sometimes explaining again every detail, even got on the phone with my husband to make sure we as a family was on the same page. Overall it was a positive experience from start to finish and it helps that I love the car. My first Toyota but so far only positive things to say about it as a whole.
