What is worse than horrible? Our car sat there for 3 months and no one was held accountable. Staff and Management is useless and unreachable. Took our paparwork from Hillside and Our car sat there for 3 months and no one was held accountable. Staff and Management is useless and unreachable. Took our paparwork from Hillside and the car to Toyota of Springfield the day after getting our car from Hillside because it was still having issues and taking it back to Hillside would have been a lost cause. The experience at Springfield has been exceptional. Regret Hillside with a passion. Never again! More
