Loved my salesmen!! I really loved working with Bernard and Nagy! Bernard was very personable and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! Unlike other salesmen that I visited that I really loved working with Bernard and Nagy! Bernard was very personable and gave me EXACTLY what I wanted! Unlike other salesmen that I visited that week who were just trying to sell me cars that they wanted to get off the lot, I came in and told Bernard what i wanted and he told me he knew the perfect car for me! And he absolutely did. I left after the test drive and then came back to price negotiate. I knew a Toyota dealer in Maryland who was willing to sell the same car to me for a cheaper price so Najy (manager) was able to almost match the price. They didn’t want me to leave without buying the car and they were willing to work with my budget. I really enjoyed my time there and again, I LOVED Bernard! My only regret throughtout the car buying process was the finance part. I did more than enough research on car prices but i felt unprepared for the extended warranty part. Although Max (finance) was so sweet and funny! I didn’t feel like I had the opportunity negotiate the warranty prices. However, he was very kind and was willing to take his time to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Although i had some regrets with the warranty, I am happy with the overall service at Route 22 Toyota! I just needed a couple of days to enjoy my car and appreciate my purchase! More

1st Maintenance Appt It was a frustrating experience. I arrived early for my appointment and waited and waited. Around the the 2 hour mark I asked the status. What I lear It was a frustrating experience. I arrived early for my appointment and waited and waited. Around the the 2 hour mark I asked the status. What I learned was that I was never checked in. So the guy took my car, gave me a ticket, parked in the car in the service area & it never occurred to anyone why the car was there or why I was there. If I had not asked, it would still be there. Lucky, a service advisor named John helped me out. John was pleasant and worked to get the car serviced. Unfortunately, I wasted almost 3 hours of precious time and missed an important conference call because incompetence. More

It was my fault I didn’t ask what they value my truck at on the trade in but putting in the Extended Warranty after being told not to and discovering it after getting home left a very sour taste in my mouth.
