Good for the most part I bought a 2019 Rav4 XLE Premium. I was happy with my purchase price and buying experience until 4 days later when I realised the vehicle did not come I bought a 2019 Rav4 XLE Premium. I was happy with my purchase price and buying experience until 4 days later when I realised the vehicle did not come with the specs I asked for. I wanted leather interior with heated seats, I got the leather interior which came standard but I didn’t get the heated seats which came with some upgrade package that the salesman didn’t even know, he also thought it came standard. The salesman showed me the colours they had in stock and told me to pick 1 assuming they were all the same. I went back to them on the 5th day (they claim to have a 5 day 500 mile return policy which seems like BS, I was told the bank already paid for the vehicle and I would have to trade it in and lose money etc which don’t make any sense to me). They had another vehicle with the specs I wanted but would cost me a few grand more. They then said they gave my information to their service department for someone to call me to tell me how much it would cost to add the heated seats to my vehicle (which I would have to pay for of course). It’s been 24 hours, still no call. I thought I got a good deal until I realised these additional specs were not included. I’ve never left negative feedback in my life and I feel bad but I’m very disappointed. On the plus side, it’s a great and beautiful vehicle (it’s new so I didn’t expect any less). Nelson was awesome and very professional. This is the 3rd vehicle my family bought from this dealership and we always recommend them. I really wished that I had the specs I wanted. Besides that it would’ve been 10/10. More
