Service on my Corolla. I am not pleased with your timing. I was told two hours but it the Technicians almost four hours and forty five minutes. Terrible service with new car TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! I brought the new Sienna 2019 Limited on May 23 2019. It was pretty late that day, I thought I would buy it another day, but TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! I brought the new Sienna 2019 Limited on May 23 2019. It was pretty late that day, I thought I would buy it another day, but the sales people were really pushed you make the deal. I trusted the dealership cause it seems have a good reputation on the internet and orally spoke with the sales people if I find anything wrong, they will take care of it. Around 9:30pm, I drove away the new car, of course, I did not double check everything of the car. Couple of days later, I found a hole in the front bumper, I thought it was a parking sensor cover, so I did not pay attention to it. After 2 weeks of purchase (6/6/19), My wife found the parking assistant feature does not work , then I noticed one of the front parking sensor is missing. Then I directly contacted the sales person, they arranged me an appointment with their service and parts department. Today when I came, after 2 hours waiting at the service place, the service lady told me they have to order the part. At the same time, they need a waiver from the sales person. Then I called the sales, they said there is no evidence to proof the sensor was missing at the point of sales! I directly went to sales place again, talked to their manager, he said he needs wait for his boss to approve. What a ridiculous process!! IF YOU ASK ANY EXPERIENCES FOR THIS DEALERSHIP, PLEASE DOUBLE OR TRIPLE CHECK YOUR EVERY TINY PART OF VEHICLE BEFORE YOUR PURCHASE, DON'T TRUST THEM EASILY! More
Second Lease with the dealership which went well but I would have liked to see the vehicle before the paerwork was close to being finalized.
