He dont have respect for customers. This may be my last Toyota due to him. I have had several issue with him and I wrote a review not personal but I believe nothing was done. As soon as I was checking out another Spanish customer who barely speaks English was also complaining I didn't pay attention because I dont understand Spanish. He needs to be re-evaluated. I don't want him to be my advisor never again I don't want to see him even if I come back again. When I was using venza he was the one who made me to stop coming check your record. Now he has started again. More

Crap Early in the AM Customer service. Customer service is KEY in a business BASED ON DEALING AND INTERACTING WITH CUSTOMERS. Look I understand that being up early sucks b Customer service. Ridiculous. I came in to have my car looked at and a problem was found but the service and experience was so horrendous I opted to have it fixed elsewhere. Which I did, and at a lower cost and with good customer service. I’ll never come back to this place and would think twice about even going to a Toyota sponsored place. I’m laughing because I can’t even name the workers I dealt with because not once did anyone say hello how are you I’m so and so. The only person whose name I know is someone who texted me about the car while I was waiting for “service” More
