Outstanding I don't think using the word "outstanding" to describe my experience with Route 22 Toyota Scion would be an overstatement. My wife and I had the plea I don't think using the word "outstanding" to describe my experience with Route 22 Toyota Scion would be an overstatement. My wife and I had the pleasure of being helped by a gentleman by the name of Richmond Ejiofor. Richmond was an absolute professional. He was eager to help but without being pushy - it appeared to be out of a genuine desire to be helpful, rather than just for the sake of making a sale. At no point did my wife and I feel pressured or like we were being jerked around. And at no point were any games played - no attempt to upsell, no attempt at pulling a bait-and-switch. It was all upfront. No surprises. No hassle. After my wife and I bought the car, we noticed what we believed to be a blemish in the paint - one that couldn't simply be buffed out. It was a small spot, and I felt a little petty asking Richmond about it. As soon as he saw what I was talking about he did, in fact, buff it right out for me, and without making me fee small about it. I highly recommend doing business with this dealership. He offered to help me out the next day so i agreed and left, my girlfriend wrote a post about rt 22 services on FACEBOOK 10 MIN LATER the manager calls me askin me to ask my girl to remove the post, realy and if i dont get an oil change there i lose my warranty i feel like contacting a lawer just might i dont need to be harassed if the servise sucks change it More

From there we were transferred to Max, who took the time to get us the best rate as well as being personal with us. Poor service experience, not the first time. I have brought my car in for service a few times and have not had one pleasant experience. once they told us we didn't have an appointment, we showed I have brought my car in for service a few times and have not had one pleasant experience. once they told us we didn't have an appointment, we showed them the online schehudeled confirmstion and the had to wait over two hours for an oil change. This last experience, I scheduled an appointment for an oil change. The did other services that we did not authorize. Oh yes, we had to wait over two hours again. Never go here, crooks!!!! This was the most horrifying experience I ever had. Every person I spoke to or came in contact with was an xxx. Unprofessional and uncaring. Customers are not their specialty they just want to make sales. From what I experienced they are not interested in retentive customers. They definitely want a one time visit and send you off screaming to others steer clear of this lot of fools and scoundrels. They say that car salesman are the biggest xxxx bags and I agree. Sorry to say that if I never deal with another it couldn't hurt. I should have gone to Nissan on 46 where business was recommended, but I came back to this spot after buying my third car from them just to say NEVER again!!! If you go here go at your own risk ready from all kinds of scams and nonsense. Needless to say you will probably be seeing this dealership on 7 on your side and many other public outlets just so consumers can be aware. In this economy consumers must expose those that try to take advantage of us and undermine our well being. Stay away from this dealership!!!!! More
