DONT SHOP HERE Horrible Horrible experience. They tried to do the "bait and switch" I called the dealership and asked if they had a certain NEW car in Grey with xy Horrible Horrible experience. They tried to do the "bait and switch" I called the dealership and asked if they had a certain NEW car in Grey with xyz options. They told me definitely, they have it and gave me the price. I told them I would be there later today, and I would take it for a test drive and buy it right then and there. I go to the dealership, and their is a GREEN car with none of the options I wanted. They said it was a "miscommunication" but they have the car I want for $4500 more. There was no miscommunication, I have it all in writing... Needless to say, I walked out of there without even sitting down. I wish more people would just walk out without sitting down, then the dealerships would maybe stop doing the bait and switch. Needless to say, they are dishonest, and I am not doing business with dishonest people. More

Alex R. was my salesman and he is extraordinary, going the extra mile to get me exactly what I wanted for a good price. Nelson in the finance department was also quick, thorough, easily explained things, and I never felt like he was trying to "get something over on me." It turns out that I actually purchased a Chrysler Pacifica the day before and while the salesman was great like Alex R., the finance department I thought tried to cheat me. At Rt. 22 Toyota I felt very much taken care of and got what I was looking forward. I would encourage anyone who wants to get a Toyota, to come here. More

There I met Mervin who assisted me with the details on the new 2016 RAV4. We took a test drive and I was sold. Mervin made it extremely easy to lease the new model. He was easy going and professional. It didn't take my meeting the entire management team and waiting for hours to get approved. In fact I only dealt with Mervin who was courteous, knowledgeable and professional the entire way. Bottom line is I am now driving the 2016 RAV4 and extremely happy with the experience. More
