Courteous and professional John and Danny were helpful to get installation issues with a new purchase resolved fairly quickly. They both recognized the sub-par experience as a new member of the Toyota Family and worked towards fixing that. Some critique for Toyota as whole and why I left back one star: bridge the gap between Sales and Service. Sales blames Service, service blames Sales, during that customer is sent on a run-around because of disconnects between 2 entities that operate under the Toyota name. For the customer, we see Toyota, one name one brand, not 2 separate departments or buildings that can't be held liable for each other's mistakes. More
