On top of that, they didn’t tell when I can go back, didn’t offer a pick up service since they caused me all this trouble for nothing. Manager didn’t call me afterwards, the wifi there is unusable: you can’t do any work while you wait. I thought I have seen bad service at Hyundai, but this is far worse. More
