Pleasant experience. Had to do a tire rotation, oil change, and had a rattling sound coming from the front of the engine bay. Changing sensors They supposed to change 2 sensors,oxygen and exhaust temperature.Never did.They just reset CEL,whitch came back after one week(I went to other mechani They supposed to change 2 sensors,oxygen and exhaust temperature.Never did.They just reset CEL,whitch came back after one week(I went to other mechanic and he checked the code ,whitch was the same P2002 and check those sensors and they are old,never been changed !!!).Left massages,nobody called back.This is one of many problems I've had with this guys.This is the one and only worst service I've ever been to.General manager is never there ,advisors don't give a xxxx.Leaving massages and nobody call you back Last month I left my car for oil change and CEL ,took them 4 days to find out,what code is it.When I picked up my car I checked the oil and was black like an asfalt(they jus reseted oil change on cluster ).They lost my oil cap whitch I had to buy it for $90 bucks and when I told the advisor Jeff about it ,he said,he is going to check the cameras and call me back.Never did! I took it to the service center, and they were very nice over the phone. However, when I took my car there to be serviced, they called me back under 2 hours telling me it’s fine. I was upset because I never had an issue before. I spoke to David (financial director) who basically told me I was being crazy and I was “all over the place”. He was extremely rude and no help whatsoever. Funny thing is, when I bought the car and gave him all my money, he was extremely personable and kind. Funny how things change after they have your money. I was also told with a service, the car would be washed. I suppose because there was no work actually done, they decided not to wash it either? Such horrible customer service which really upset me because when I bought the car everyone was so nice. I felt shoved out of the service department and it was very frustrating because they wouldn’t even try and help me understand the issue. They just shooed me away. Mind you, I have full coverage, and I’m pretty sure all they did was look under the hood and close it right back up. Customer service in he customer service department was also bad- again, felt like I was being shooed out. More
Lemon I leased a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 from Rt 18 Auto in February 2018. In July 2018 the check engine light came on and the engine overheated. It took 11 days for the problem to be fixed and it turned out to be two completely separate issues with the engine. The dealership has been completely unhelpful when trying to speak with the financial department regarding voiding my lease on this lemon they sold me. Disappointing considering I was a returning customer. More
Outstanding service I've maintained my 06 Commander with this dealership since I bought it. It's got over 170k miles on it and runs like new thanks to their work. Service Had my Towed in on Sunday night because it seemed like it was overheating and loss of power steering.
