The complete incompetence and lack of professionalism from their service department raises concerns on the quality of work being performed on your vehicle. I was told my truck would take UP TO one week to complete the service required once the parts were in. Two and a half weeks later, my truck was still untouched and not one person had the courtesy or responsibility to call and update me on what was going on. They didn't provide a loaner vehicle for the time my truck just sat there, leaving me no choice but to rent a vehicle at my own expense. Once I realized how careless and unconcerned they were with me as a customer, I decided to pick up my truck and stop paying for a rental. I requested to be contacted once the "special" tools needed to perform the service to my truck had arrived, and was assured once again that it would take no longer than 3-4 days to complete the service, since the parts were already there. Here I am over a month later.....still waiting. Glad I didnt hold my breath service team!! More

Just bought a pre owned Ram 1500 Big Horn. Back up camera was not working. Made appointment with Rt 18 Dodge, and they couldn’t be more accommodating. I brought my truck in, and they took care of the job in was not working. Made appointment with Rt 18 Dodge, and they couldn’t be more accommodating. Upon, arrival everything seemed great. Was greeted and spoke to a service advisor, who was helpful and explained possible causes of my poor riding vehicle. Also, dash and passenger carbon trim appliqués spoke to a service advisor, who was helpful and explained possible causes of my poor riding vehicle. Also, dash and passenger carbon trim appliqués were to be replaced. Go to pickup vehicle and ONLY dash was replaced. Was told to go to parts dept to order pass door appliqué. They’ll call me, when part arrives and come in and it would take an hour to replace. No appointment, needed. I receive a call that part has arrived, but I have to make an appt. Booking are 3-4 week wait. Then, I get in car and they’ve driven my car for 6 miles. ABDOLUTELY, NO REASON to drive car 6 miles. Even, a before and after test drive, doesn’t need 6 miles. Then, I noticed spilled coffee or hot chocolate in cup holder. I, don’t drink coffee or hot chocolate. Not, have ever had anyone in car with coffee. Also, odometer IN and odometer OUT on invoice was never updated. Yet, my car shows 6 miles more. Clearly, joyriding! Have not been back, since. Grow up and quit riding around in customers cars, drinking beverages. Front desk is awesome. Auto techs are clowns. More

Dropped off our Jeep Commander for front brakes - they took us right away AND ran through the entire vehicle and found two recalls and corrected them as well. Not only was the price amazing - but the cus took us right away AND ran through the entire vehicle and found two recalls and corrected them as well.
