I dropped off my Jeep for a 10am appointment on a Wednesday they didn’t get to my Jeep and kept it overnight. The next day they called me to tell me it won’t be done till the following week without o Wednesday they didn’t get to my Jeep and kept it overnight. The next day they called me to tell me it won’t be done till the following week without offering me a loaner car. I even requested a loaner a car and I was told they had no loaner car. After I complained a miracle happened my jeep was done within a half hour of my complain with a result of they could not find anything wrong. My concern was unfounded. I still hear the noises I complained about. I have no doubt that the service on my Jeep was rushed. I can’t get over they wanted to keep my Jeep for over a week just for an oil change, tire rotation and to check noise when the ac is on. I will be looking for a new place to service my vehicle. More

I brought in my car with many issues on Monday June 28. The car wasn’t even touched or diagnosed until Wednesday. Than parts were ordered. They held on to my vehicle for 10 days. That Friday I called the dealership and received an answer that I was shocked that anyone would say to a customer when I asked for a loaner car after a week of not having a car. The manager told “ you got to do what you got do” that was in reference that I have three kids and I had to walk both ways to bring them to a bus stop. Last week was the week that it was 99 degrees every single day. That is totally unacceptable and disrespectful for anyone to say. I told him Iam sure if your wife had car issues you would make sure she had a loaner car sitting in your drive way. That manger name is Chris. Horrible customer service. The next day I spoke with Kevin Mullan, he is the service advisor who came to work on Saturday and still saw my car sitting in the lot. He was amazing. He went above and beyond and found me a loaner vehicle that I had until today when my car was ready. Kevin was such a help and understanding of why i needed the car. Three kids walking during a heat wave is not fun. More
