When I purchased my 2019 Jeep Cherokee in 2019 I was told that during all service visits I would receive a complimentary loaner car and car wash. They had my car for two weeks never diagnosed it or any repairs needed. Then when I picked it up to bring to another dealership I had to put air in the rear tire.
