They were supposed to replace Driver’s door weatherstripping, they called me up told me car was ready. When I bought my car I dealt with Jeremy in sales, affable fellow. Is there for the customer but maybe not all the way. Will explain: I leased then had to purchase my Jeep Compass 2018. Well, take my advice before five years are up get rid of it. When you purchase, they do not tell you the vehicle has TWO batteries and when they fail, they really fail, and the dealer makes mucho money charging to fix them. When purchasing this should be disclosed to the customer that the vehicle has two batteries and are very expensive to repair, nearly $1,000.00. They reduced it by a mere less than $200. I spoke to previous owners of Jeeps, and they got rid of the Jeep when the battery and or batteries failed. Same with me. Bye, bye Jeep. DO NOT BUY JEEPS UNLESS YOU CAN AFFORD TO HAVE BOTH BATTERIES REPAIRED! Also, if you have any complaints whatsoever which I had in the beginning concerning aspects of my sale, management does not acknowledge receipt of your letters or reply. Managment is poor. My dealing is with Jeremy and he is a nice fellow just doing his job, but he should have told me there are two batteries and very expensive to repair but then he would lose a sale, and he does have a family to support. Really nothing against Jeremy, although I wish he would have told me the expense involved; also, from speaking to others the break down begins in year five of owning the Jeep. My Jeep FIVE years old. I had worst experience in this dealership for my Jeep service.I wish I could give 0 stars. I dropped off my Grand Cherokee 4XE on a Thursday 9 am and I was told it will take days to fix(I had 4WD and 2 service.I wish I could give 0 stars. I dropped off my Grand Cherokee 4XE on a Thursday 9 am and I was told it will take days to fix(I had 4WD and 2 recall). No call and update even after days, kept repeatedly calling and I was told parts will come and then they can fix it. Finally I got it on Friday morning. I dropped my Wrangler 4XE as well and they did not even touch the car for 3 days. I pulled the car out without servicing it and taking it to a different dealership. Unprofessional and no communication and do not have technicians to handle 4XE vehicles. Avoid this dealership and definitely 4XE vehicles. More
Power steering pump failed on My 2012 Chrysler 300c, had it towed to a licensed Chrysler dealer (noted dealership). Received call for pick-up after repair. I never left lot when I noticed a whining sound wa it towed to a licensed Chrysler dealer (noted dealership). Received call for pick-up after repair. I never left lot when I noticed a whining sound was coming from steering column. Returned to customer service desk. I was assured that sound would dissipate in time, the cause was air in steering pump lines. Later that evening, approximately 4 hours later my wife broke down on the highway with no steering. They provided tow back to dealership and loaner. Once again I received a call that my car was repaired and ready for pick-up. Upon picking up my car, The identical noise was heard coming from the steering column. Due to the holiday no one who was aware of my situation was in office. Returned and spoke to Christopher Lardieri, Service & Parts Director. No longer was I being told the whining sound would dissipate but Older cars receiving replacement parts never sound the same. "The mechanical and electrical parts on my car have been tested and meet the Dealerships standards for being repaired. I stressed my concerns about the danger of my car breaking down, With a dismissive attitude I was told the best he could do was take $500 off my bill of $4634.10. As of this posting it has been approximately three weeks and I still have not received a $500 check nor a phone call. I have no alternative but to file a claim in small claims court. More

I used to love this dealership but not anymore. I bought 5 jeeps from them but will never again buy a car from them. They haven't fixed the issue with my radio in my 23 grand Cherokee.
