I inquired about it, wanted to even change vehicles if possible, but was left hanging on that issue and accepted the fact im just stuck with a car that does not have the advertised feature. Despite my better judgement I later inquired about a 2 different Hellcats that were adverstised and once again was left hanging 2 times with no one getting back to me on either car, so I bought a BMW instead. Fast foward to yesterday I had a scheduled service apointment for the next day at 9:45 and was dropping the car off the day before. I was told it would be 2 days before they even looked at it. Huh? But I have an appointment for a specific date and time, what's the purpose of that? So I ask for a loner, sorry no loaner available till MARCH 18TH thats 6 weeks away, are you kidding me? Why would you make an appointment then let my car sit for 2 days before looking at it? Why not just make my appointment fprnthe time you'll actually be able to look at the car. Can you imagine buying a brand new$100k Wagoneer from them and having a major repair issue as soon as you get it only to go 6 weeks without a loaner car? My service experience with my BMW was totally the opposite, I would NEVER buy another DJC product after these several experiences. Total nonsense
