Horrible service and worst attitude you would get from that place. They never keep their words. My car has been broken for over than 8 months and every time I bring it to them, they make it worse. This manager today told me to take my care and leave just because I was complaining that the loaner car is smaller than mine and it wouldn’t fit my family Never going there again. Absolutely the worst people. Bought my new car on a Friday, gave deposit and agreed they would have it detailed for pickup Monday morning. Got a phone call Saturday night almost Bought my new car on a Friday, gave deposit and agreed they would have it detailed for pickup Monday morning. Got a phone call Saturday night almost 2 hours after close that the car was sold to someone else and gone. General manager Javier promised to find me the same car, he then avoided phone calls for a month instructing his staff to tell me “he is not in and will call back later”. His sales manager also refused to get on the phone and only texted hours after I would reach out. Took 5+ weeks to get my deposit back. Absolute shady/unlawful dealership I can’t recommended avoiding enough More
