Andrew in sales, the service team, and customer service desk were awesome, very pleasant to deal with and listened to my concerns and questions, no matter how small. They cleaned up the upholstery spots I desk were awesome, very pleasant to deal with and listened to my concerns and questions, no matter how small. They cleaned up the upholstery spots I noted, replaced my cabin air filter, even got me brand new tires when the ride was shaky during the test drive. Fast service, very responsive to communication, knowledgeable, glad for their help. My only reason for going 4 stars instead of 5 was having no choice in choosing to include the power train and tire warranties, but that wasn't Andrew's fault. Online price was listed as a little over $16k for the Honda Civic I ultimately bought, it was going to be an additional few thousand for "mandatory" warranties I didn't actually want. I was able to get the price reduced on those, but not wholly eliminated as I wanted. Online listed prices for cars on a dealer's own website should be what the buyer should reasonably expect to pay, even with taxes and fees, maybe with a slight differential, not multiple thousands more for items that should be entirely optional. Find Andrew if you need a car, he's your guy for great help and a personal, attentive touch. Highly recommend him! More

I made an appointment to test drive a used car a week in advance, and headed to this dealership the morning of the day after confirming that the car I was looking for was still in stock. I don't own a car yet, so I took a bus and walked for an hour and a half from home. Then the sales person told me that the car was sold this morning and is no longer available. When I asked what time it was sold, he said it was 10 o'clock. the call representative said they would have it in stock at 10 o'clock. I knew the sales guy was obviously lying, but I couldn't help it. The guy recommended a higher-trim car (and the car had been damaged), but offered more than $5,000 for tax & fee addition to the car price. When I told him it was over budget, he wanted to take out a loan. I wanted to pay in cash rather than a loan, so I told him the upper limit on my budget, but his boss came and told me unilaterally, ``That's impossible, we can't sell.'' The deal was over. The conversation ended without any suggestions that took my budget into account. This is an unscrupulous business method that attempts to trick people out of money by luring them in with fraudulent advertisements from the beginning. The boss doesn't know how to treat customers, so the employees treat him badly, making him the worst dealer. More
Masters of the "bait and switch". If I could have left a ZERO STAR rating, I would have. These crooks advertised a 2021 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport AWD with 21k miles, 1-owner, clean Car If I could have left a ZERO STAR rating, I would have. These crooks advertised a 2021 Infiniti Q60 Red Sport AWD with 21k miles, 1-owner, clean CarFax, off-lease, alleged CPO vehicle on the dealership website, and other used car websites such as cars.com and edmunds.com for $40,990. According to the dealership, "Price includes all costs to consumer except tax, tags and applicable fees". We took the car out for a brief test drive (less than a mile on the route designated by the sales rep, Benny Rodriquez). My son wanted to buy the car, and when it came time to write up the deal, Benny added on a "mandatory certification fee" of $3995, which was nothing more than a glorified warranty that included unlimited key fob repair/replacement, and tire/rim repair coverage. This was supposed to be a CPO vehicle, but the tires needed replacing. When asked if the car went through the Infiniti CPO process, the sales rep responded "Nissan...Infiniti...it's all the same company". The Infiniti CPO program includes a 167-point documented inspection of the vehicle, which the dealership could not produce. The Route 17 Nissan "certification program" was just a grossly overpriced warranty, and they would not remove the "certification fee" from the deal. The dealership had a Monroney sticker on the car listing it for $50,500, advertised the car for $40,990 (a price they had no intention of honoring), and forced a "mandatory certification fee" of $3995 on the consumer to jack up the price of the car so the dealership could still make their margin. This is what deceptive and dishonest business practices looks like. Avoid this dealership. More

I will never bring my car here again for service. I had an appt and waited for over 45 minutes initially for my car to begin service. The serviceman also blatantly lied to me after waiting for over 2 hours for my car, that my car was being washed, and that was what was taking so long, when my car was never in fact washed at all. I've never experienced such poor service at a dealership, and I will for sure never give this dealership my business ever again. More
