Awesome service. I took my car in for an oil change and the tech found some things that needed to be repaired. I didn't have the funds for all of the work so I decide I took my car in for an oil change and the tech found some things that needed to be repaired. I didn't have the funds for all of the work so I decided on 2 of the problems, Best of all, they didn't charge me for the oil change. That was great and I'll certain return in a few weeks to take care of the other 2 problems. The work was done quickly. More

horrible. When I first bought my car from DCN Hyundai, I was thrilled with my experience. After just having the car for less than a month, one of the coils blew When I first bought my car from DCN Hyundai, I was thrilled with my experience. After just having the car for less than a month, one of the coils blew while I was driving. For those who don’t know, coils really aren’t suppose to go until around 80K miles, my car had 63K at the time. After replacing it and bringing it to the dealership, it was there for TWO weeks. When I went to pick it up, I sat there for TWO HOURS because the lady who had my plates locked them in her office and no one told me until two hours later. When I got in my car, immediately both me and my boyfriend (he’s a mechanic) noticed a rough idle. I made the service dept aware, they just looked at my RPMs and told me it was nothing. After getting home, I had THREE other mechanics look at it and they all confirmed the idle is VERY rough. More over, my friend had discovered the car pulls to the right, possibly due to the wheels not being balanced. I called the dealership, I didn’t through to a person for almost an hour after repeatedly calling. Once I got through, the secretary put me through to the service dept. NO. ANSWER. Finally, after never even receiving a call back, my check engine came on, I am losing gas very quickly and my oil is burning. I had mechanics check this out as well. I’ve had the car a total of three months by this point and all I drive is 10 minutes to work. I called the dealership again and never got a call back. I texted my salesman and was totally ignored. I am a 19 year old full time college student with a job and I was given a car with SO many problems and now i’m stuck with a car i’m nervous to drive because this dealership doesn’t answer or return calls. I’ve never came into context with such unprofessional people and will NEVER recommend this place again. More

While it's a long drive to DCN, I am very pleased to go there and get done what's necessary vs being sold a bill of goods which isn't needed. More
