This time, they checked it thoroughly as well as the other tires, and found the issue. I was happy with the way Alicia contacted me quickly once my comments were sent regarding my initial situation, and they were willing to do what was necessary to now to find the problem and take care of it, so that I can continue to drive safely. Although I had to lose 4 hours of work that night, what started as a frustrating and time consuming issue for me, ended with a positive result. For that I am now satisfied. More

I had a warranty issue and had to go back to the dealer. I checked out reviews of a dealer much closer to me and they were horrible. Then I checked out reviews for DCN and could not believe how good they were. From the time I entered the service dept. till the time I left everyone was very professional and very polite. The woman that checked me in also handled the paperwork and checked in with me as the process went on. And she did that for everyone waiting for service. I apologize for not remembering her name. I’ve brought in my 2008 Accent over the past couple of months to address some issues. The car is running much better after my visits. Bryan worked on my car on both visits and took the time to thoroughly explain and diagnose the car’s symptoms and different scenarios involved. He even had me accompany him on a road test to rule out any other problems. No other mechanic has ever done that for me and I really appreciated it. He explained my options and even advised me to take time to consider things before I put more $ towards another repair cost. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. He went above and beyond to help me; Bryan is a tremendous asset to this dealership and he deserves to be recognized. Harvey is also great to deal with. 5 stars across the board for this service dept. Thank you! More
Recommend the FINE Service I have been a loyal customer of DCN Hyundai since they transitioned from the Brad Benson name... and am happy that there still are a number of employe I have been a loyal customer of DCN Hyundai since they transitioned from the Brad Benson name... and am happy that there still are a number of employees who were there prior. I had seen the service take a dip at the end of the Brad Benson tenure, but it is steadily going UP , esp. under the service management of Rich who is always there to listen and respond along w/ the rest of the team.. The car is fine, and I have no fears as the car advances in years the personnel will manage to abate all issues w/ true professionalism. It is well worth a try if you have not been there to see the new attitude in action. I am very happy to recommend them all to you. And I consider them more "family" than I ever have felt w/ any car dealership. Thank you all... Peace, Cathy PS I will be coming back as promised w/ a red frog.... :-) More
