Recall & service I came in for recall & oil change. Harvey was courteous & efficient. I waited in the very nice customer lounge & everything was done in about 90 minut I came in for recall & oil change. Harvey was courteous & efficient. Finally! I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment on line. The price for the oil change ($34.95) was covered I brought my car in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled my appointment on line. The price for the oil change ($34.95) was covered under my maintenance agreement. The charge for the tire rotation ($19.95) was not. Ron LaMagra did the intake when I arrived. He informed me I would be charged $34.95 for the oil change and $29.95 for the tire rotation. I explained the oil change was covered under my maintenance agreement. He said the maintenance agreement only covers 2 years/24000 miles. I replied, "That's funny since I purchased a 3 year/ 36000 mile plan". Lucky for me I had a copy of the service agreement, since this is NOT the first time I have been hassled for this very thing. I then asked him why the tire rotation is $29.95. When I booked the appointment the evening before the charge on the website was $19.95. Why did the charge increase $10.00 overnight? He said the $19.95 fee was with a coupon. Really? My confirmation from the website said $19.95 and did not mention a coupon. Ron could see I was starting to get flustered as it is frequently a hassle when I bring the car in for service. He confirmed the cost of the oil change was covered under my maintenance agreement. He then apologized and waived the cost of the tire rotation. Finally! Someone went above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction! He also had the services completed quickly. I arrived early for my appointment and did not have to wait for the original scheduled time. Thank you, Ron! More

Check Engine Light - Emergency Appointment I had an issue with my 2013 Hyundai Veloster on Wednesday, May 3. Not only was my fuel sensor acting up - I had filled my tank that morning, and the I had an issue with my 2013 Hyundai Veloster on Wednesday, May 3. Not only was my fuel sensor acting up - I had filled my tank that morning, and the gauge would show no gas with gas pump icon flashing - but on my way home from work, the check engine light came on. As I originally thought it was the oil pressure light, my husband met me in Plainsboro, where I had stopped my car so as not to damage the engine. We drove directly to DCN Hyundai, where Alan took care of us right away. My car was done the next day; the fuel sending unit had been replaced at no charge, as the car is still under warranty. An excellent job by Alan and the rest of the DCN Hyundai service crew! More
WAS GREETED BY EVERYONE THAT WENT PASS ME BOUGHT CAR 3 YRS.AGO AND NEVER WAS ABLE TO GET MATS OUT FOR CLEANING, SERVICE PERSONNEL ALWAYS CAME UP WITH A STORY BUT COULD NOT GET THEM OUT.I PULL BOUGHT CAR 3 YRS.AGO AND NEVER WAS ABLE TO GET MATS OUT FOR CLEANING, SERVICE PERSONNEL ALWAYS CAME UP WITH A STORY BUT COULD NOT GET THEM OUT.I PULLED IN TODAY TO GET AN OIL CHANGE AND SAW RONALD LAMAGRA JR,HE GOT THE MATS OUT IN 3 MINUTES. HE WAS ABLE TO DO SOMETHING THAT 3 OTHER GUYS COULD NOT DO. THEY WANTED TO TAKE PHOTOS AND SEND THEM TO HYUNDDAI. THANKS RON More
