0 stars wasn't an option, the shop mechanics are either incompetent or liars. They tried to take advantage of a young lady getting car repairs, and if the man sitting next to me in the waiting room hadn't incompetent or liars. They tried to take advantage of a young lady getting car repairs, and if the man sitting next to me in the waiting room hadn't warned me, I would have believed them and spent out over $500 for a $30 fix. I will never use them again, and would advice any women not 100% confident in their knowledge of cars not to step foot in such a predatory establishment. More
My daughter's car was broken into via the back rear window. She is a nurse and desperately needs her car for transportation. Jose in service was awesome!
