Friendly but no solutions Presented my car for oil change and also asked to have air conditioning (hissing sound coming from fans) and touchscreen clock (constantly showing wro Presented my car for oil change and also asked to have air conditioning (hissing sound coming from fans) and touchscreen clock (constantly showing wrong time, if I correct it, it reverts back next time car is started) checked. After the diagnosis was told that there was nothing wrong with air conditioning (again) and that the only fix to the clock was to replace the whole system (quoted at $2,700). Was also quoted ~$440 for a transmission fluid flush. First, of course when I got into my car the AC was not hissing anymore but low and behold the next day it was right back at it. Second, after being told that it would cost me $2,700 to replace my console and thus fixing my clock, a quick Google search found that if I set the date first and then the clock it could possibly be a solution. So I tried that and it worked. This really irked me because it was something so simple that took little to no effort to figure out yet the best you guys could do was give me a quote for a new system. Lastly, I was quoted ~$440 for a transmission fluid flush. Now this is something that I do want to get done but $440 seemed really high. So I held off and then contacted other Hyundai dealers in the area. Turns out my suspicions were right. The other Hyundai dealers in the area quoted me a price for less than half the price that you guys did. There was only one positive from my visit and that was that my attendant, Laura was very nice and personable. Other than Laura, my experience was not memorable and it is highly unlikely that I will use DCN for my transmission fluid flush. More

Laura & Claudio are a GREAT service TEAM! I have had concerns with the service department in the past but Dawn was able to meet my request of having Laura & Claudio take care of my oil change I have had concerns with the service department in the past but Dawn was able to meet my request of having Laura & Claudio take care of my oil change for my 2013 Hyundai Elantra. I have tried other Hyundai dealerships but I have not gotten as a GREAT of a service that Dawn, Laura & Claudio have delivered. More

Today I brought in my new Tucson for its first tune-up. My appointment was for 9:30 and even though I arrived early, my car was taken in immediately and the work was done in an hour and a half. The car was checked out thoroughly, had an oil change, and some necessary adjustments at no charge, just as the dealership had promised for the initial tune-up. During my wait, I visited with Dave, my salesman, had a hot cup of coffee, and enjoyed relaxing while I knew my beautiful Tucson was in the best of hands. More
