Factory Recalls Vehicle was brought in to address three factory recalls. Laura, the service advisor explained what was being done to the vehicle and provided me with an estimated time based on the findings. She also addressed two concerns that were under factory warranty. The vehicle was returned when promised with a complete explanation of the service performed and when parts would be available to address my warranty issue. In the end, Laura gave me her direct extension to call her to schedule my next appointment or if I had any further questions. Laura made this a pleasant experience. More

good but a little disappointing Although the person in the service department who served me was excellent, and did his job well, there was a consistent problem with getting my name c Although the person in the service department who served me was excellent, and did his job well, there was a consistent problem with getting my name correct in the computer. It constantly said Gregory Snitkin, who is my son, and not my actual name Marc Snitkin. Gregory's name was in your computer because he bought an Elantra there a few years ago. As a matter of fact our family has purchased Hyundai's from your dealership many, many times before. We have had about 8 Hyundai's in the past 5 years. The problem started when they looked up my last name in the computer and my son's name came up, but they didn't bother to check the other information that was on file (soc. sec. number, address, etc) to see if the record on file was actually me. It turned out that it wasn't me, it was my son's info. I told the sales people, the finance person and the service area to make the change, and although they seemed to make a correction, my sons name kept coming up on their computer. Even the name on this Survey says Gregory instead of Marc. I think your whole staff needs more training on how to update the computer. Even when I bought a Tuscan with you last week and went to the cashier to pay, the cashiers receipt for the payment said Gregory. I was very annoyed and started to wonder about the expertise that you say you offer at this dealership. When a change is made to one file in your system, doesn't it make sense that all of your systems read the change and correct their records accordingly. Like I said before, the service on my car was good, but you still need to perform proper training with your staff to prevent such as occurrence in the future. I am waiting for the title for my new purchase and hope that it's in the correct name, if not I will be speaking with you to make the correction and obtain a correct title. Let's get it together DCN.
