Not pushy at all and he knows his cars. This week we needed to replace my 2005 Accent that I just loved and didn't want to part with. We came back to Troy. I was settled on a new Accent but he convinced me to drive the Elantra hatchback. It was more than my budget but He got me a deal I could go with. Love my new Elantra! Thanks so much Troy and Deoki! Worst Dealership Ever I went to DCN on 6/10/217 and my salesman was Joesph Stanzione. I leased a new 2017 Santa Fe. I traded in my 2014 Santa Fe Sport. Joe told my wife and I went to DCN on 6/10/217 and my salesman was Joesph Stanzione. I leased a new 2017 Santa Fe. I traded in my 2014 Santa Fe Sport. Joe told my wife and I that the balance on my trade in would be paid off by the dealership. I have a document stating that DCN owes the balance on the trade in. I check my account to make sure the balance was paid off on 7/3/17. The account was still showing a balance. I called DCN multiple times that day. Every time, the receptionist, Gail answered the phone. She is the most unprofessional, nasty person I have ever dealt with in customer service. According to her, there was no manager on duty and someone would call me back in a day or two. Finally, got a hold of Tony, sales manager. He said the check for the balance was being printed as we spoke. The check would be fedex on 7/5/17 and he would send me the tracking info. I never received anything. On 7/9/17, I received an email from Iggy with a image of the check but no tracking number. Colleen called me and said the check was sent out. On 10/11/17, I started to receive emails from my credit monitoring company. The balance still has not been paid off. Also, my credit score has drop over 50 points for 5 missed payments. I called Hyundai Motor Finance about the balance. I spoke to a manager, she assured me the check was never received from DCN. Also, they were sending me to collections and wanted to repo my trade in that I handed into DCN in June. I called DCN about this problem. Once again, Gail the receptionist, answered and once again, extremely rude and nasty. Again, no manager on duty and couldn't promise someone would call me back. I believed Joe Stanzione, salesman, Tony, sales mgr, and Colleen that my balance would be taken care of and I didn't have anything to worry about. Now, my credit score is ruined, my account was sent to a collections agency, and my vehicle that I traded in, needs to be repoed. Worst salesman, managers, receptionist ever. Will never purchase or recommend this place to anyone. Also, as of 10/12, no one has called me. Didn't think anybody since they don't care about their customers. More
Purchase of 2006 Hyundai Tuson I purchased this vehicle on Oct. 9, 2017. Ron the salesman was friendly. I was told the vehicle would be checked out before it was released to me. I purchased this vehicle on Oct. 9, 2017. Ron the salesman was friendly. I was told the vehicle would be checked out before it was released to me. It was fine on my way home. To be exact, I checked the vehicle for any hidden codes, It showed that the oxygen sensor was bad. Why was this not found by the mechanic who checked my vehicle. I returned on 10/10/2017 and spoke to one of the managers. He had me take the car to their service department. Oxygen sensor needs to be replaced. Harvey in service department ordered new one to be replaced on 10/14/17. This should have been taken car of this before the car was released. No wonder Ron did not seem happy when I told him I would have the vehicle mechanically checked. Let the buyer beware. The Manager who took care of me and service people were very good. More
