Gaurav, the sales rep, was incredibly helpful and guided us through the entire process of decision-making as well as the paperwork. He was respectful, knowledgable about the car, and very patient in answering our many questions. He also tried his best to get us a good deal and even brought up points with his manager that I had forgotten to mention during the negotiation, to get us a fair price. A couple of the other people in the dealership were less than polite and to be honest, things got a bit testy at a certain point, but Gaurav did a terrific job not only managing them but also calming me down. Even after the sale, Gaurav has been very responsive and available for questions and issues as and when they come up. I would definitely recommend the dealership, and specifically Gaurav to any of my friends looking to buy a Hyundai. He is awesome! More
