The dealership is comprised of a good amount of sales people and a a friendly staff.. did not appreciate waiting almost 3 hrs & 15 mins to get in to see the finance person to complete my purchase. He quickly figured out the type of purchaser we were, our needs and how far he had to “sell” the car to us. He knowledgeably and accurately answered our questions, demonstrated a reassuring resourcefulness, gave us many useful tips and never pushed for us to select our car within the inventory Route 1 Hyundai had at that time. Actually, what really stood out was the fact that we needed a new car fast, but there was only two cars in the entire state available in the model/trim/color combo we wanted and both were about 100 miles away from Route 1 Hyundai. Mr. McMahon was able to convince one of the dealerships to swap cars and he drove himself a 200-mile round trip so we could get the car we really wanted. Within 36 hours of our initial meeting, he delivered to us a car we will enjoy for many years to come. That made his service truly outstanding! More
