I was over in miles on my Elantra but he really worked with me and I ended up getting a great lease deal on a 2017 Tucson. Didn't even cross my mind to try an SUV but Joe suggested I try it out and I'm so glad he did, I loved it! Joe was great at understanding my preferences and worked quickly to get me a price I was comfortable with. I ended up getting a great deal and will be paying less than I did for my Elantra, for a better vehicle (and AWD)! More

FRAUD! BUYER BEWARE! In October of 2017, I went to DCN and made a deal to get out of the lease I had at the time – a 2014 Hyundai Genesis with 2 months left until lease In October of 2017, I went to DCN and made a deal to get out of the lease I had at the time – a 2014 Hyundai Genesis with 2 months left until lease expiration. I was starting to go over my allotted miles on the lease and calculated that it would be better just to trade that in and make a payment on a new car rather than ride out the lease and pay the mileage overage (a trade in deal that I have done several times in the past at other dealerships). This was the explicit reason I went to DCN to get a new car - I communicated this to them and they acknowledged. I made the deal for a new car (2017 Hyundai Sonata Hybrid) I verbally confirmed with them – “I am completely done with the Genesis with this deal?” They assured me I was. During the closing process there were many, many papers to sign – the finance person kept putting them in front of me and saying briefly what they were. There was one paper that was described as – “this is to confirm that we will pay off the Genesis”. This paper was NOT included in the packet I took home that day. In January 2018 I got a bill from Hyundai Motor Finance - $890 for excess wear and use. I was shocked as this has never happened when I traded in a lease before. I reviewed my paperwork and after not finding anything indicating that this was a valid charge, I went to the dealership in person to correct the mistake. It turns out there was no mistake and the General Manager did not even try to hide the fact that they tricked me. He produced the document pointed to a single tiny sentence way down the page and said – right here it says that you may receive a bill for excess wear and use. He said “This means it’s your word against ours.” The charges were $55 for excess mileage, $300 for 2 scratches, $250 for hail damage on roof (which was not there to my knowledge and cannot be seen in picture) AND - the single largest item on the bill was $350 for a “lost key” which I did turn in to DCN. More
