Steven Seidner was great I went to DCN Hyundai with a good idea of what I wanted, but I had a bunch of questions about the vehicle. False promises and no courtesy to return customer calls When I switched my Elantra 2015 with Sonata 2018, they promised to make the last lease payment. My multiple follow up calls left with customer relation manager (Coleen) and even to the General Manager were never returned. Finally, I visited the dealership and met the Sales Manager (Tony) who made me sit and wait forever and disappeared. Extremely disappointed with their lack of respect for their customers. More
