Not going back at end of lease term I am happy with my new car, however, I was less than pleased with the buying experience. I went in knowing what my credit score was and I was adamant I am happy with my new car, however, I was less than pleased with the buying experience. I went in knowing what my credit score was and I was adamant that I could not go over a specific amount for the monthly payment. It was $200 /mo out the door after all is said and done. At first, that was “no problem, no problem”. So they ran my credit and lo and behold, whatever scoring system they use resulted in a much lower score than what I had thought. So, of course, that would mean a higher interest rate which equals a higher payment. Being that I was driving an 18 year old mini van on it’s last leg, the shiny brand new car was quite appealing. I agreed to the additional $20 /month. The lease came with 10,000 miles per year. Since I had never tracked my yearly mileage, I felt like that was not enough so I opted to pay the additional $20 month to bring it up to 12,000 miles a year. Now I realize that I am wasting $20 month because I’ve had the car for over a year and I’ve only just recently hit 9,000 miles. But that one’s on me……now I know better. Time to sit down with the finance person and do all the paperwork. Never was there a mention of the additional taxes and DMV fees while sitting with the sales person. Since I told him my payment limit, I assumed he was taking that into consideration. Well, we know what happens when we assume. I was sick to my stomach and furious. I contemplated walking out and getting back my old beat up mini van…..but I didn’t. Again…shiny new car with 7 miles on it. I pressed on with the sale and now pay close to $70 more per month than I had originally planned. I just feel like I was taken advantage of and deceived a bit. When my lease is up, I will not be going back to DCN Hyundai when it’s time to get a new vehicle. More

Awesome service. I took my car in for an oil change and the tech found some things that needed to be repaired. I didn't have the funds for all of the work so I decide I took my car in for an oil change and the tech found some things that needed to be repaired. I didn't have the funds for all of the work so I decided on 2 of the problems, Best of all, they didn't charge me for the oil change. That was great and I'll certain return in a few weeks to take care of the other 2 problems. The work was done quickly. More
