Unscrupulous dealership ripoffs This dealership scammed my daughter charging her 8,000 over the listed price. Denied her of returning the car which she brought back the next day afte This dealership scammed my daughter charging her 8,000 over the listed price. Denied her of returning the car which she brought back the next day after realizing the horrible deal. Hidden from her was the Hyundai assurance program. A friend of mine a sales manager with another Hyundai dealership brought this to her attention but still denied her to return the car. Never mentioned the program. filing now w the attorney general office and call for action ! Don’t buy from this very cruel dealership. This incident has caused my daughter an offer of a job since she has no transportation and extensive anxiety and depression. I’m very proud of my daughter just graduated from college with a degree in criminal justice. During college she has battled depression and anxiety but worked hard through it with excellent grades. Myself her mother having cancer we kept strong. But of course in life you run into these types of horrible deceptive dealerships as DCN is. She and I had no idea this dealer had a (F) rating with many unhappy customers that were also treated unfairly. I hope the owner of this dealership contacts us and rectify the wrong they have done to my daughter. More

I’ve brought in my 2008 Accent over the past couple of months to address some issues. The car is running much better after my visits. Bryan worked on my car on both visits and took the time to thoroughly explain and diagnose the car’s symptoms and different scenarios involved. He even had me accompany him on a road test to rule out any other problems. No other mechanic has ever done that for me and I really appreciated it. He explained my options and even advised me to take time to consider things before I put more $ towards another repair cost. That kind of honesty and integrity is rare these days. He went above and beyond to help me; Bryan is a tremendous asset to this dealership and he deserves to be recognized. Harvey is also great to deal with. 5 stars across the board for this service dept. Thank you! More

Recommend the FINE Service I have been a loyal customer of DCN Hyundai since they transitioned from the Brad Benson name... and am happy that there still are a number of employe I have been a loyal customer of DCN Hyundai since they transitioned from the Brad Benson name... and am happy that there still are a number of employees who were there prior. I had seen the service take a dip at the end of the Brad Benson tenure, but it is steadily going UP , esp. under the service management of Rich who is always there to listen and respond along w/ the rest of the team.. The car is fine, and I have no fears as the car advances in years the personnel will manage to abate all issues w/ true professionalism. It is well worth a try if you have not been there to see the new attitude in action. I am very happy to recommend them all to you.
