Never Going Back Don't do business with these people. My parents leased a car from them for my mom to drive. She passed away unexpectedly with only a few months left o Don't do business with these people. My parents leased a car from them for my mom to drive. She passed away unexpectedly with only a few months left on the lease. My dad called and asked if he could return the car early. They told him "no," and that if he did return it early, he would have to pay for the full cost of the balance of the lease, AND a several hundred dollar penalty. So now, everyday he walks out his front door, he gets to look at the car, and be reminded that she's gone, and he gets to pay DCN for the privilege. Seriously, this was an easy opportunity for a local corporation to show a little compassion and they blew with arrogance and indifference. My family is done with DCN. Don't Care None. More

I had a warranty issue and had to go back to the dealer. I checked out reviews of a dealer much closer to me and they were horrible. Then I checked out reviews for DCN and could not believe how good they were. From the time I entered the service dept. till the time I left everyone was very professional and very polite. The woman that checked me in also handled the paperwork and checked in with me as the process went on. And she did that for everyone waiting for service. I apologize for not remembering her name. More

Steven Sedner was very helpful and always smiling very helpful in getting me financing that I could afford the only problem was when I was ready to leave they could not fill up the gas tank because t very helpful in getting me financing that I could afford the only problem was when I was ready to leave they could not fill up the gas tank because they were having trouble with the gas card the same issue came up again when I went back two days later to drop off the title for my trade in I was told when I came in for the registration that I would get two fill ups I hope they keep their word More
