Salesman was great I was assisted by Steven Seidner and he was phenomenal. He was patient and went over all the options and price. What I had wanted was not the most practical so he worked with me until we found the right car/payment option. The dealership is clean and they did provide lunch to everyone which was great. My only complaint, and it is with the process overall not this dealer, is that it takes so long to purchase/lease a car. Paperwork is a killer! Ha Ha More

I’ve had three specific issues with this dealership but the third is of most concerning since it involves money. I traded in a vehicle worth more than the vehicle I purchased. I’m still waiting two months for the refund check. No response, no reply or even a courtesy call from the dealership. One can only ask for “Tony the sales manager” or “John the salesman” or “Accounts Payable” so many times and not get a response without concluding that they don’t intend on calling or issuing the check. I’ve never experienced small claims court, or a disagreement like this across state lines but $3500 is a lot of money. Since the amount owed to the customer is clearly on the sales slip, DCNs silence is either an effort to keep the money or really bad service (I am assuming it’s the latter). More

I had a few misunderstanding when it came to contract and things on the vehicle I purchased. I want to publicly APOLOGIZE to TROY S. Sales man that helped me get my first car. In previous rating I had 2 stars because I didn't understand some of the things that were finalized. In the same hour DCN responded and I gave them a call. TROY S. Quickly assisted my call and told me to bring the car in for assistance when ever I can. When I got there I didn't even finishing parking the car when he came out to help me with my issues and resolve the problems I had. Troy was very humble and helped me greatly. I didn't have to wait long. He told me to call him when ever I had any other concerns. Regardless of my harsh review he came out and helped me with kindness even though I gave bad review. Again my heart felt apologies to Troy because of my last review. I can't take it back but I hope this review can help make it up a little. More
