SEIDNER ROCKS! This is the 5th car I have bought from this dealership and Steven is buy far the most knowledgeable salesman I have dealt with. I'm a difficult sell b This is the 5th car I have bought from this dealership and Steven is buy far the most knowledgeable salesman I have dealt with. I'm a difficult sell but Steven stayed with me and I felt he really cared about getting me what I needed. I got a new car but I also felt like I made a new friend. My only problem was the car had 3500 miles on it so they consider it a used car. After the deal was done they couldn't find the second key and made me pay 300 dollars for another key. I think this was a low ball move on managements part. Hence the low customer service rating. More
