Best Service from Steve and DCN Steve was my sales advisor. He is the best I've ever seen. When I and my son went for the test drive, he showed all the options of the car and patient Steve was my sales advisor. He is the best I've ever seen. He took us to a parking lot and showed how to use the features of the car and especially my son was very much attached to Steve. Steve followed up very professionally and no pressure to buy the car from them. The GM Izzy also was very helpful and took me to his room to explain all the price details in his computer and no gimmicks with the sales. Unfortunately they don't have the color I was looking for and Izzy & Steve put their best efforts and showed me all the options. Steve went a step ahead and helped my son as well. Never ordered my plates! No return call for weeks. Once they sell you a car and get you locked in, they provide horrible customer service. After calling 5 times, I now sit on hold for 15 minutes only to be told, they want $230more ! Ridiculous. Why no one ever called me to tell me? Will never Deal with them again.
